Terms of service (beta)
These terms govern use of e-flow while the product is in beta preparation. They are a starting point for legal review — not final counsel advice. Contact: eflowghana@gmail.com · info@eyenitgh.com.
1. The service
e-flow provides a web application for managing business workflows. Features, limits, and pricing may change during beta. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and safeguard credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account and for invitations you send.
3. Acceptable use
No unlawful content, harassment, attempts to break security, scraping that degrades the service, or use that violates others' rights. We may suspend accounts that risk the platform or other customers.
4. Subscription and billing
Paid plans, when offered, bill according to in-product checkout and provider receipts. Taxes and processor fees may apply. Downgrades may reduce feature access or limits.
5. Cancellation
You may stop using the service at any time. We will describe data export and deletion options as they become available in product settings or via support.
6. Data ownership
You own your business content. We receive a license to host, process, and display it solely to operate the service — not to train unrelated third-party models unless we introduce a clearly labeled program with your control.
7. Beta limitations
The product may contain defects, incomplete features, or breaking changes. Back up critical data externally. Early access does not guarantee feature parity with future public launch.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for paid customers may be capped at fees paid in the prior three months where enforceable.
9. Governing approach
We intend to operate in good faith under the laws applicable to the operating company. Specific jurisdiction clauses will be finalized with counsel before broad public launch.
