Privacy policy (beta)

This is a practical overview for teams evaluating e-flow. It is not a substitute for legal review; we will publish a fuller policy before public launch. Last updated: May 2026.

What we may collect

  • Account data: name, email, phone where provided, authentication identifiers from our auth provider, and workspace membership.
  • Business records: leads, clients, quotations, jobs, tasks, invoices, files you upload, and related metadata your team enters.
  • Payment metadata: amounts, status, references, and processor tokens — not full card numbers when checkout is enabled through Paystack or similar.
  • Usage and diagnostics: product analytics, error logs, and performance data to keep the service reliable.

How we use data

To operate the product, secure accounts, bill where applicable, send transactional notices, improve reliability, and communicate about the beta. We do not sell personal data to data brokers.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while your workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, or abuse-prevention needs. You may request deletion or export assistance by emailing eflowghana@gmail.com. Some requests may require owner verification.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the lawfulness of customer data you store, for obtaining consent where required, and for configuring roles so staff only access appropriate records.
