e-flow is business workflow software for Ghanaian service teams — printing shops, creative agencies, car dealers, retailers with custom orders, schools, repair crews, and similar operations. We focus on how work really happens: WhatsApp-style requests, walk-ins, quotations, approvals, jobs, invoices, payments, and follow-ups.

e-flow is a flagship SaaS product by EYENIT, a digital creative and technology agency in Ghana.

Why we exist

Many strong businesses run on memory, chat screenshots, and scattered spreadsheets. That works until volume grows — then quotes slip, jobs stall, and cash visibility disappears. e-flow exists to give teams one structured workspace without pretending that software replaces good service.

Who it is for

We are designing around Ghanaian SMEs that sell expertise, custom production, or regulated follow-through — not generic “AI everything” hype. If your revenue depends on timely quotes and reliable delivery, you are the audience.

Beta honesty

The product is still in active development. We are preparing secure onboarding, workspace isolation, role-based access, and billing with trusted processors such as Paystack when enabled. We do not publish fake testimonials, logos, or usage statistics.
